How to place an order?

First of all, visit our store at www.eduqaan.com

Then either Login or Signup to create Login credentials.

Afterword’s you have two option either click “Buy It Now” or by "Add to Cart" and "Checkout".

Then fill in your information and pay. And that's it! 

 

How can I modify or cancel my order?

You must need to write us on support@eduqaan.com immediately to modify or cancel your order otherwise once your order will be dispatched, we are unable to cancel your order.

 

Do you share my personal details with other companies?

Absolutely not. We value your trust. Your personal details will never be sold to third parties.

 

PAYMENT

 

How can I pay for my order?

You will see all available payment methods in checkout window.

 

Which currency are you using on eDuqaan.com?

Our products are set in Danish Kroner by default. But you can change currency at the bottom write corner on our main page.

 

Will eDuqaan.com have access to my credit card details?

eDuqaan.com itself does not have access to your credit card details and your payment which is processed through 2Checkout or PayPal is later remitted to ourselves.

When is my order shipped?

Most orders leave our warehouses within 3-5 business days of placing your order.

 

How long will it take to get my order?

In the Denmark, items usually take between 7-14 days to arrive after leaving our warehouses.

 

What countries do you ship to?

Currently we are shipping mainly in Denmark and European countries but soon we will start shipping in place around the globe

 

What are the costs for shipping?

Absolutely FREE. We pay for your shipping no questions asked.

What if I received a damaged/defective item?
